About the event

Potty Training Workshop for Parents, Caregivers & Staff

Potty training doesn’t have to be a battle! Join a pediatric pelvic health therapist and mental health therapist for an interactive workshop focused on the body, mind, and emotions behind successful toilet training. Learn how physical readiness, interoception, sensory needs, constipation, and toileting routines connect with a child’s emotions, anxiety, behavior, confidence, and mental well-being. We’ll discuss common challenges, communication, emotional regulation, and strategies for reducing stress and power struggles. Participants will leave with practical, supportive tools to promote positive toileting experiences and independence at home, school, or in a care setting.
